  • The above-mentioned two BPMO project's concept was based on redesigning the core business processes, focusing on eliminating of duplication of work, systems' bottleneck, thus; reduces cost, and response time, enhances quality, increases resource utilization, and streamlines operations efficiency
  • BPMO is the systematic analysis and redesign of core business processes to be compliant with the set functional strategies and the objective of enhancing the overall performance
  • Managed a comprehensive Quality Management System Gap Analysis for a reputable Gold Mining Company in Saudi Arabia (Ma'den)
  • This gap analysis covered all ISO 9001:2000 components
