• Throughout my pediatric training, I completed four rotations in the NICU, with two being mandatory and two elective placements in different hospitals across the Kingdom.
• During these rotations, I took the lead in conducting rounds in our unit and managing neonatal complications in high-risk deliveries in the labor room while guided by consultants.
• Additionally, I diagnosed and treated pediatric patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• My collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams ensured comprehensive patient management, and my teamwork with physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers delivered well-rounded care for complex cases.
• I prioritized building strong rapport with patients' families through effective communication, addressing their concerns about diagnosis or treatment options with empathy and understanding.
• I also mentored junior residents and medical students during their pediatric rotations, creating a supportive learning environment for their growth.
• Lastly, I honed my clinical skills through participation in various pediatric specialty rotations, including cardiology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology.

During my time in the general pediatric ward and pediatric emergency room, I gained valuable experience in managing common pediatric cases and honed my skills in providing direct patient care for a diverse range of acute illnesses in pediatric patients. This included efficiently managing multiple patients in a fast-paced environment and ensuring the safe transport of patients to a tertiary hospital when necessary.
