• Check the line as per isometric drawing and ensure correct Painting systems according to process temperature of the line.
• Check the Chloride, Cleanliness and Roughness of blasted surface as per the specification and using replica tape.
• Surface preparation and painting inspection of weld joints after hydro test.
• Oversaw Quality Control (QC) for construction teams, delivering results in line with project specifications

• Develop paint department employees to successfuly apply coatings to specification and quality
  standards.
• Verify that the quality related site activities following the applicable code and standards.
• Select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays, or prepare them by mixing substances according
  to formulas, using automated paint mixing equipment.
• Forecast painting schedule for outgoing orders/equipment and establish coating application
  standards such as primer, paint, clear coat, curing and repair.
• Ensure painters using proper Tip sizes during application as per
  Manufacturers recommendations.
• Motivate and coach the department team members to focus on paint improvements and
  coordinate facilities and vendors to support painting operations.
• Responsible for becoming proficient in the use of the equipment required by the job function.
• Always wear protective clothing and respirator an adheres to safety, quality, inventory and
  production guidelines and follows company policies and procedures.
• Heading all functions such as Recording all rejection & corrective action.

• Verification of storage tanks, piping spools, structural members, marking inspection before, during and after coating.
• Raising RFI to client for daily inspection activities & also coordinating client (TPI) for abrasive blaster & Painter qualification test.
• Verification of Quality equipment’s with calibration certificates as per standard.
• Responsible for verification of all approved materials prior to use on site.
• Prior to blasting painting activities all surface irregularities are removed as well as atmospheric condition meets the client’s specification & manufacturer requirements.
• Conduct the air quality test(blotter test), asrequired by the projectspecification.
• Measurements of Air Pressure at nozzle with Hypodermic needle Gauge.
• After surface preparation visual, salt, dust level, flash rust degree,surface profile to be checked as per specification.
• Inspection of blasting/coating consumables as per required client’sspecification/standard.
• Preparation of final dossier of specified tank before final box up as per client requirement.
• Prepare blaster/painter weekly/monthly performance records, and conduct repair reduction and blaster/painterperformance improvement programs.

• Responsible for stage wise Coating/ Painting inspection of structural steel works, pipeline, pressure
  vessels and storage tanks.
• Responsible to check and monitor all painting / oating related works and ensure all final products
  meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes and
  standard.
• Responsible o monitor weather condition for surface preparation of substrate for the painting
  coating application and performs visual inspection of surface preparation after blasting and carries
  out wet and dry film thickness checks and adhesion test.
• Uniformly apply wet primer paint, wet or dry coatings to parts and components & other item using
  care to avoid over spraying/coating & to obtain a smooth, covered & even surface free from runs &
  spots.
• Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these
  materials Suits to meets the requirements of f project- specification.
• Responsible for providing assistance to site management & answer all queries of client related to job.
