Wide range of construction experience building a range of electrical control panels for Grundfos Pumps, Regency Park.

Involved commencing with a pallet load of components and an empty control panel or a group of modules to assemble into a multi-panel system.

Needed to remove the internal mounting plate, layout all the components, mount large components such as contactors, soft starters & VFD's, then mount DIN rail & cable ducting, add all components and terminals to the DIN rails.

Commence installing power and control cabling to allow access to ancillary inputs on large components such as VFD's, and then complete balance of cabling, allowing for cabling to door (or escutcheon) mounted controls and displays.

Insert mounting panel into cubicle, and once control switches and HMI displays are mounted on the front panel, complete the final control wiring.

Instal Main Isolating Switch 'Handle' once the wiring is completed. Check test 'point-to-point' for wiring errors and arrange for functional testing and PLC programming.
