Joined in 2015 as a Project Engineer, promoted to managerial functions and Sales roles and currently in Operations in FOX Cooling the leading MEP Engineering firm in West Africa since 2009 and the official distributor and partner of renowned brands such as Daikin, Johnson Controls, Cisco, Schneider Electric and others.

· Provide dynamic leadership to diverse teams, fostering collaboration and a unified approach to achieving operational excellence.

· Direct and optimize the day-to-day operations of four distinct departments constituting of 65 individuals, to ensure projects are executed efficiently according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule.

· Implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance productivity across engineering, procurement, sales, and after-sales teams and functions, cultivating a results-driven culture focused on exceeding targets and objectives.

· Design and execute strategies to streamline inter-departmental processes, resulting in increased efficiency and communication, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

· Mentor and collaborate with the sales and after-sales teams to identify new opportunities, enhance existing client relationships and customer satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.

· Serve as the clients’ primary contact, addressing their inquiries, delivering regular project updates, and ensuring organizational service excellence.

· Implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management, the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency, meet project requirements, and reduce costs.

· Align with the finance and procurement teams to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner,

· Champion continuous improvements across all operational facets, while assessing and updating operational processes to align with industry best practices and evolving business needs.

· Present the executive board with comprehensive insights into the operational and financial dimensions of company projects and continuous team progress.

· Identified and pursued new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and online platforms.

· Formulated and executed strategic business development plans, identifying new opportunities and market trends within the construction sector.
