• Hands-on experience in supervising and leading contractor/ subcontractor's team of engineers, skilled, semi-skilled supervisors, and their workforce.
• Implement the Field Non-Conformities Management Procedures, Ability to ensure the all the activities moving well with right projects specification.
• Experience to keep a daily record book of works executed, the quantum of works to be executed, equipment piping and personnel on-site.
• Experience in report daily basis with the manager & superintendent updated on any possible variations to the scope of works & STD infringement
• I Have to Ensure that procedures for the safe execution of tasks are in place and adhered to (including method statements, job hazard analysis, permits-to work, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and mass toolbox talks
• Ability to engage manpower & machinery and material based on requirement and availability
• Ability to ensure Piping construction contractors working within discipline adhere strictly to the latest approved for construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, ITP's, procedures, and site instructions.
• Responsible for monitoring discipline and timekeeping of contractors' staff and labor in the defined work areas, identifying any disciplinary action required, and informing relevant discipline superintendent
• Conducting toolbox talk by the crew and area supervisors to solve technical issues, implementation of productivity, safety, and quality procedures.
• I Have the experience that informs the discipline superintendent on specific areas where programmed need to be adjusted in accordance with site conditions and material deliveries.
• I have the knowledge to plan & schedule labor, material, and equipment efficiently within set time frames.
• Abilities to arrange work front from civil to RTR and above ground piping as well.
• Abilities to Arrange accessories for equipment's clearance, structural clearance, civil clearance and grouting clearance for crews on time to reach high productivity and avoid delays.
• Material estimating, take‐off, and requisitioning of pipes, special items, and bulk piping components
• I have experience Prepared internal material requests (IMR) for required material coordinating with the site's main store
• Abilities to Supervise & monitor fabrication, erection, and welding activities as per companies’ quality control test plans and according to ASME standards
• Attending meetings, and forward overall progress summary to higher superiors
• Ability to prepare daily progress reports and daily welding reports for the quality control department and quantity surveyor department
• Ability to ensure that work is carried out in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable contracts, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations
• Hands-on experience test Packages for the hydro test, visual test, pneumatic test, and preparing lines for pressure tests as per client requirements and based on project specifications
• I have experience in line internal cleaning and air blowing after pressure test, involved in pre‐commissioning and reinstatement activities
• Familiar with mechanical completion philosophy.
