Conduct the meeting with KJO personnel for the progress and assist the planner to have a recovery schedule in case of intolerable variance
Assign and monitor the activity norms for the all the personnels involved in the project

Lead the Mechanical crew for the fabrication, construction and pre commissioning phase of the PDC contract for Oil North operation for PDO Oman involving brown filed revamp in the existing process facilities and green field facilities for oil and gas station
Formulate safe methodology for fabrication, installation, erection, pre commissioning and, painting considering the Hazards involved and assess diligently risks and prepare the Risk assessment matrix
Review of approved PEFS, Isometrics and prepare the erection materials and fabrication materials in consultation with the PDO operation team for the successful completion of process area shutdowns as well as the individual unit shutdown
Tracking of procurement with MTO, MPTR and DMR for ensuring materials required for the projects are available at the scheduled time
Expedite with the structural, pipe spools and process equipment fabricator in each stage with the priority list prepared as per the approved site execution plan
Ensure the erection of production separator , test sperators and vendor packages are as per the approved procedures
Forecast the resource requirement for the erection, field welds, hydrotesting painting, insulation, fire proofing, and leak test
Prepare and resolve the site queries for the any discrepancies in the drawing and accommodate the site changes
Set the targets and norms for fabrication, welding erection and ensure the target are met and motivate the crew with the incentive packages
Control on the preparation of the test packs, approvals, line walk and execute all the activities related to piping, reinstatement &box up, bolt torquing
Involve in HEMP and SIMOPS control measure study to execute the brown field projects in Gas plants, Oil station and Central processing facility
Selection of the high pressure pump for hydro test as per the volume and test pressure of the test pack
Expedite the foundation clearance for structural erection , equipment erection pipe supports / racks , process skids, and other equipments in the plant and erect large sized equipment in accordance with the lifting plan, RA as well as company specified procedures and methods
Generates a sense of urgency among the team members in order to get things done
Monitors construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance
Institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures / work instructions
Follow up and verify the status of Mechanical Completion (MC) and Pre commissioning activities (PC) and close out the system generated checklist (ITR)
Priotoize the system – subsystem completion as per the approved schedule
Involve in PSUA audit and execute the punch list raised by the audit
Adherence to asset integrity safety management and flaw less project delivery
Provide work front to E&I discipline and conduct interface meeting along with the other discipline
Represent the contractor in all progress meeting, mile stones meeting, shutdown meeting for the consultation and communication of all the stakeholders engaged in the project
Participate and contribute effectively for the valve criticality analysis and HFE meeting and ensure the project are delivered in compliance to the standards of PDO
Approve the sub contractors’ bills with respect to the progress attained and resolve any discrepancies upon detailed discussion with the QS and management
