  • Was proud of role played to open Bunnings Seaford warehouse from initial empty building which included recruitment, merchandising plans, setup and delivering new store standard on time for soft/grand opening.

  • Joined family business after finishing year 12. 5th generation. Manufacturing, Wholesale and Retail operations.
  • Trained hard to become Master Saddler during 1996 while doing degree in marketing and logistics.
  • Selected to train in Italy resulting in being Australian approved repairer for new range of saddles being imported in - Prestige. 2004.
  • Trained others in the art of saddle fitting from within national buying group - Saddleworld - at Richmond TAFE in Western Sydney.
  • Grew to 4 retail outlets in SA. I was mobile, servicing stores/customers, budgeting, rostering and building relationships.
  • Built business relationships outside of saddlery industry with Fire brigade and Domcillary services to help diversify cash flow. Ensured survival through 2007 Equine Influenza.
