KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
.Operations Oversight - Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of pumping stations to ensure continuous and efficient water delivery.
. Staff Supervision - Train, assign, schedule, and evaluate staff; promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
.System Monitoring - Monitor pump performance, flow, pressure, and water levels; adjust operations as needed to meet system demands.
.Equipment Reliability - Ensure proper operation of pumps, motors, PLCs, SCADA systems, and related mechanical and electrical equipment.
.Emergency Response - Respond to alarms, system upsets, and emergencies; coordinate repairs and restore normal operations promptly.

.Supervise daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of all electrical systems including LV/MV panels, transformers, generators, lighting systems, and UPS.
.Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all mall areas.
Monitor electrical loads and energy consumption to optimize efficiency.
.Lead and manage electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to staff.
.Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
.Enforce use of PPE and safe work practices.
Coordinate emergency procedures for power failures or electrical hazards.

Operate and monitor water pumping equipment, including pumps, motors, valves, and control systems to ensure continuous water supply.
Start, stop, and adjust pumps and related equipment based on system demand and operational requirements.
Monitor pressure levels, flow rates, reservoir levels, and system performance using SCADA(ABB800XA) or manual gauges.
Perform routine inspections of pumping station facilities to detect leaks, abnormal vibrations, noise, or equipment faults.
Carry out basic preventive maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs of pumps and mechanical components.
Record operational data, including pump readings, energy consumption, and maintenance activities in logbooks or digital systems.
Respond to alarms, system failures, and emergencies promptly to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
