Hiring and preparing full-service team

• Creating 24/7 remote help for all Rigs.
• Organizing MDT workshop to provide best services for Gauge calibration Business and repair cycle for rig sense
• Arranging logistic and supply chain for MDT KSA along with supervising KSA warehouse and full aftermarket spare parts
• Following up to make sure Field Team is always up to day and trained to provide best services to customers.

• Fixed, calibrated and installed full MDT instrumentation systems and sensors on all various type of rigs.
• Took lead in first auto driller installation and spreading systems to over 70 Rigs within MEA region.
• Installed drill link system used in directional drilling
• Installed, configured and tested equipment on specialized platforms such as block control system (BCS), Rigsense.
• Knowledgeable in gauge calibration, was responsible of inspecting, refurbishing and repairing all type of MDT gauges and loadcells.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and providing technical solutions.
• Projects worked in are: PDO in Oman, H&P in Bahrain, Nabors in KSA, NDC in Abu Dhabi, Noble in ( Hamiriya UAE, KSA), Saudi Aramco in KSA, Grey Wolf in KSA, Weatherford in (KUWAIT, OMAN, QATAR, UAE, KSA), Rowan in KSA and shipyard BAHRAIN, Ensign in Oman, GDI in QATAR, ENSCO in KSA, DPS in KSA, EDC in EGYPT, & ADMA in EGYPT.
