Update the original project planning whenever a change takes place or happens.

Deal with all the obstacles and difficulties which may lead to delay the project.

Organize and attend daily meetings with the contractor in order to do the proper coordination of works, review the program and discuss the obstacles that could affect the project progress.

Checking the safety measure, implementation of site procedure.
