This included building the HR database from scratch, creating complete employee records, and entering core, functional, and financial data along with official documents with precise historical tracking. I also designed the organization’s digital structure, establishing reporting lines and administrative dependencies on the platform, and configured all workflows and automated approval processes. My role extended beyond technical and administrative aspects, as I also trained and enabled all employees to use the platform, designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that accelerated system adoption and enhanced usage efficiency across teams. This initiative resulted in a fundamental transformation of the department’s operations, improving accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven administrative decision-making.
