Roles & Responsibilities

▪ Leading and managing all aspects of Electrical and ELV systems project engineering, execution, testing & pre commissioning activity, as well as HSE (Health, Safety &Environment) regulations and reporting to the Project Manager and construction director
▪ Reviewing Project documents (Project Technical Specification, Contract Documents, Contract Drawings, IFC Drawing)
▪ Leading multiple engineering team ( Design Engineers, Site Engineers, BIM Engineers & Draftsman) for preparation of engineering documents such as Material Submittal, Method statement of Installation and Testing & Commissioning, Shop drawings, Schematic, SAT.
▪ Leading and managing construction team (Internal Site Engineers, Stakeholder Engineers) for the site execution
▪ Providing technical support to the project manager / project engineer during the engineering, construction and post-construction phases of the project.
▪ Supervising the overall activities in the engineering field and planning site work & activities by ensuring the availability of all required items, such as materials and
labor, skilled, unskilled, and semi-skilled
▪ Ensures that all the contractors, Sub-Contractors works done are in accordance with the project specification & approved construction drawings, contract documents,
agreed procedure, method statements and all applicable standards whether local, national or international.
▪ Manage directly and provide technical and engineering support to the stakeholders related to design, such as drawings and other engineering information.
▪ Coordinating with the project manager, stakeholder, and client on project schedules, plans, and activities at the site to ensure that the project gets completed on time,
within budget, and with the best quality and safety record
▪ Taking action to deal with the results of delays, unscheduled activities, and emergencies
▪ Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications before execution of any jobs
▪ Attending weekly engineering and construction meetings during the design and construction phase of the works
▪ Possessing good communications skills to deal daily with clients, contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors Providing advice during the construction of the project
and issuing further notices, clarifications, and further design documents as necessary and for the duration of the project
▪ Providing daily/weekly/monthly reports on the progress of engineering work, site execution works, including MIR and WIR, to the project manager & planning manager.
▪ Follow up with the procurement team to get material on time.
▪ Reviewing all the documents thoroughly to make sure there is no gap in the contract requirements and the quoted tender/price.

Roles & Responsibilities

▪ Load estimation and space planning for Electrical & ELV services
▪ Design and Developing all Electrical and ELV systems namely Power Schematics, Lighting, Power, Cable Tray, Bus Duct, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Telephone,
Data, Security, Fire Alarm, Voice evacuation, Audio visual, Building Management system, Distributed antenna, ICT Network and Guest room management system fromthe concept stage, Schematic stage, Detailed design stage till GFC stage.
▪ Preparation of load calculation and detailed design calculations such as voltage drop calculation, cable trunk and tray sizing, load flow, short circuit calculation, CBS Sizing Calculation for distribution system design.
▪ Preparation of Node matrix, POT Map, Cause & Effect matrix, SPL Calculation
▪ Coordinated models with multi disciplines like ACS, MEP, ID, façade etc..
▪ Responsible for reviewing project drawings before submission.
▪ Checking and approving of contractor shop drawings, As built drawings, project close out documents
▪ Responsible for Project management with budget control, timely delivery, ensuring quality as per customer requirement and team/resource management
▪ Responsible for leading the team on the technical front and review all the deliverables issued to the client.
▪ Responsible for Deliverables includes the calculations, schedules, and layout drawings.
▪ Interaction/collaboration with Lead offices/teams and Clients as required.
▪ Review and check drawings completely by others through standard QA/QC program.

Roles & Responsibilities

▪ Review of the preliminary project design concept, drawings, and specifications. ▪ Understand & Follow the Client/Consultant requirements & Local Authority regulations ▪ Managing the BIM team during the closeout period, and ensuring to report progress, and placing all BIM requirements and deliverables as per BIM Execution Plan and project Specs. ▪ Coordinate with the shop drawings discipline-specific entity to ensure that shop drawings are coordinated and extracted from the latest relevant BIM system ▪ Lead BIM meetings and coordination between project stakeholders. Prepared construction and shop drawings for electrical, ELV, and ICT services including lighting, lighting controls (KNX), small power, earthing, lightning protection, containment, fire alarm, audio visual, security, structured cabling, master clock, public address, nurse call systems, distributed antenna, BMS, GRMS, and SCADA systems. Developed MV, LV, ELV, AV, ICT fire alarm schematics and DB & panel schedules.
