It wasn't long before I realized that photography was more than just a hobby for me—it was something that defined who I am as a person and seeing my interest in the field, my father gifted me my first camera when i was 12. I love everything about this art form—from capturing the perfect shot to editing it afterward. Photography has taught me so much about patience and perseverance, not to mention how to work under pressure! It's also given me the opportunity to travel all over the world and meet new people along the way. If there's one thing that this craft has taught me above all else, it's that there's no such thing as perfect—only perfect for you! In addition to being fun and creative, photography is also really interesting from a technical point of view—there are so many variables to consider when you're trying to take a photo (white balance, aperture size, shutter speed...), which makes it perfect for people who love math as much as they love art!
