Fabrication workshop:

• Choose the appropriate metal stock,steel,sheet metal and stainless,angle bar,flat bar,plate,square tube and beams base on job requirements.
• Clean and inspect preparation raw materials.
• Operate cutting machine, angle hand grinder,circular saw,shears to cut metal,oxy-acetylene and plasma machine.
• Measure,marker,and position cut parts on assemble tables using level,right angle,measuring tape.
• Secure components into position using clamps and vice vise grip tools.
• Performed welding processes Stick,TIG,MIG according material spicifications.
• Execute welding tacking measure with accuracy after full welding then grinding ,buffing,cleaning with welding acid or painting.

• Perform full welding of trusses in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
• Weld steel plates using single-pass and multi-pass fillet welds
• Execute pipe and plate welding using SMAW process
• Fabricate structural components including tubular frames and angle bars
• Read and interpret basic welding drawings and plans
• Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, and fitting
• Inspect welds to ensure strength and quality standards
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in good condition

• Set up and operate welding machines and fabrication tools
• Perform welding repairs on vehicle frames, chassis, and metal structures
• Cut, fit, drill, and assemble metal parts for repair and fabrication
• Conduct grinding, buffing, and finishing of welded components
• Measure and mark materials accurately before fabrication
• Record completed work and materials used for reporting
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Inspect welding equipment before and after operations
