• Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment
• Perform all types of soil testing like Soil Classification, MDD, OMC, CBR
• Perform all type of Asphalt test like Extraction, GMM, Flow, Stability and volumetric properties of asphalt mix
• Primarily sampled, measured and verified manufactured products met pre-determined quality standards.
• Perform hardened asphalt test like Core thickness, compaction and smoothness test (IRI)
• Perform routine field and laboratory testing with the presence of Client and consultant
• Perform all types of concrete tests like Casting and crushing of concrete cylinders, Air voids, Fresh concrete Slump and temperature
• Regular sampling from the production plants and perform all tests related to the plant produced material
• Perform all civil material testing like Concrete, Asphalt and Soil
• Recording and analyzing test results
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulation
• Communicated operational issues and changes to material Engineer on regular basis
