i. Collection of new patient cases in combined breast clinic
ii. Preparation of progress notes and finalization
iii. Coordinates with radiology and pathology for cases to be presented
iv. Preparation of venue, computers and reading materials
Medical Oncology Fellowship Program
Yearly upcoming Fellows:
i. Arranges interviews of applicants
ii. Arranges meeting date, location and necessary papers
iii. Reminds applicants and interviewers
iv. Finalizes the result
Start of Fellowship
i. Prepares paper works required such as Clinical privileges, Physician activation sheet, ID badge request, Lab coat request.
ii. Requests for access needed such as passwords, internet access, door access, remote access, ICIS powerchart and other applications needed
Rotating Fellows and Residents
i. Receives and answers rotation requests
ii. Requests the following: ID badge, activation sheet, clinical privilege, trainings for ICIS and medical records, ICIS access and medical records dictation access
iii. Prepares month end evaluation
Medical Interns
i. Coordinates with Under Graduate Education
ii. Assigns them in their rotation
iii. Prepares their evaluations

Prepared incident reports regarding CBORD, VENUS problems through Service Desk.
Prepared vouchers/ bills for each patient/ room for the shift
Entered bills of each patient through VENUS.
Monthly report preparation regarding food orders for D4 ward, D2 ward, Protocol Lobby, Family Medicine and Medical Records
Ordering of stocks needed for the operations through CBORD
Receive deliveries of supplies/ stocks and check its quantity and quality
Keep track of orders for the day through reports (Order Quantity List and Order Taker List)
Prepare juice trolley/ refreshment trolleys for the VIP rooms
Inspection and checking of proper fridges, freezers and hot holding devices (bain marie and food warmers)
Note down the minutes whenever employee’s meeting is called by the Manager.
Waiter on Floor
In charge of taking orders (breakfast, lunch or dinner) from D4 ward/ VIP ward (for patients and sitters).
