• Managing the training completion status for subcontractors' regular training, in-house supervisory training, and general manager training.
• Conducting new-hire training for daily workers, special training, and regular training.
• Achieving zero fines related to training during special inspections by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
  

(2) Review of Work Plans and Equipment Safety Management

• Reviewing and managing work plans when subcontractors and in-house teams use equipment.
• Conducting pre-operation safety inspections for equipment.
• Achieving zero accidents related to equipment (aerial work platforms, forklifts, vehicle-mounted aerial lifts, etc.).
  

(3) Government Affairs

• Reducing fines during special inspections by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (24 million KRW → 7 million KRW).
• Responding to the Occupational Safety and Health Agency's hazardous risk prevention plan inspections.

(4) Risk Assessment
