  • In the post I expanded my managerial training and expertise by understanding key pitfalls and drawbacks of safe patient care, did multiple surveys and assessments of general hospital which pointed directions that miscommunication plays a major role in improper patient care.
  • The key observation was that medical teams where lacking linkage which resulted in increased delay of patient services, conflict and unprofessionalism.
  • Studying root cause analysis with support of general hospital director started implementing and adhering to proper communication skills, setting up medical director recommendations and creating transparency between physicians and medical staff front liners, pushing to make professional communication a standard culture among general hospital employees.
  • The methodology of treatment of conflict was mainly through collaborative conflict treatment module.
  • The communication project with the aid of over a hundred physicians and medical staff led to birth of an organizing body working to improve patient care through proper communication, later on referred to as the Medical Liaison office (MLO).
  • Evaluated staff performances regularly to maintain highest levels of professionalism.
  • Developed strategic plans, resulting in enhanced clinical services.
