Over the past 22 years, I have worked at Arabian Petrochemical Company (Petrokemya), an affiliate of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), in the control systems department. As of 2007, I have worked for the Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu in various positions. I started as an instructor assistant and later became the managing director of the Jubail Technical Institute (JTI) and then the Jubail Industrial College (JIC).
Having received unprecedented support from the Royal Commission, I obtained master's and doctoral degrees in electrical engineering from the United States with a focus on adaptive nonlinear control. During my research, I primarily focused on the applications of backstepping control and Lyapunov theorems in the field of power systems.
Throughout my academic, industrial, and administrative career, I have developed a strong passion for leadership and integrity, as well as excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful management. The accomplishments that I have achieved indicate that I have always been a goal-oriented, inspirational, vision-expanding manager, who has excellent interpersonal skills and ensures clear objectives and expectations are delivered and met.
Now, I work as a technical expert at the executive presidency & Head of the Expenditure Efficiency Team at the Royal Commission in Jubail Industrial City. My responsibilities include raising awareness and spreading the culture of expenditure efficiency, clarifying its concept, and developing strategies to achieve this concept by setting strategic goals to spread this culture, maximizing the impact of expenditure, and assessing the organization's performance by developing performance measurement indicators that ensure better performance in the program of sustainable expenditure efficiency.
My ultimate goal has always been to work in a productive and competitive environment. This is where I can gain practical experience, improve my knowledge, and justify my needs. I work hard to learn new things to improve myself and reflect that in my work because I believe that the true value of a person lies in the service he provides to his community.
