I express my sincere interest and passion for the Sports Medicine specialty. My enthusiasm for this field is deeply rooted in both my personal and professional experiences. As someone with a military background and a long-standing commitment to physical fitness, including past participation in Judo during my university years in both the Al-Riyadh club’s Judo team and Al-Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud Islamic University’s Judo team and earning the orange belt by the Saudi Arabian Karate Federation.
I have come to appreciate the critical role Sports Medicine plays in injury prevention, performance optimization, and rehabilitation. My involvement in committees overseeing student boot camps and their training further reinforced my understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on individuals in high-intensity environments, in fact I am now participating in a committee to assess the physical and medical readiness of the Royal Saudi Air Force.
Sports Medicine represents the perfect intersection of my medical training, disciplined lifestyle, and personal interests, It is a field that allows me to contribute not only to individual health and athletic performance, but also to broader goals of readiness and resilience which are values that align closely with both my military service and the national vision of 2030 for a healthier, more active society.Read phonetically
