- Conducts validation notes for Project Completion Reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Supports the effective communication of evaluation findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders by preparing presentations and developing evaluation knowledge products.
- Support in organizing evaluation launching and dissemination workshops, facilitating the sharing of evaluation outcomes and insights.
- Prepare the Bi-annual STEER report to the Operations and Development Effectiveness Committee (ODEC) of the Board of Executive Directors (BED), which tracks the extent to which IEvD's recommendations have been adopted and implemented.
- Follows up on the implementation of evaluation recommendations through the STEER system, ensuring that necessary actions are taken, and progress is monitored.
- Contributes to the drafting of dissemination materials, such as articles for the IsDB weekly news, to effectively share evaluation findings and promote knowledge sharing.
