Review of Design, Execution and Commissioning for Mechanical Systems of SPARK Project for SAUDI ARAMCO Office building and Industrial Facilities of Drilling and Workover Project. A few of the systems that worked are listed below.

• Water-cooled chiller System.
• AHUs, Ecology, Makeup, FCUs, CRAC units, Dx Split and Staircase Pressurization.
• Fire Fighting system with Fire Pumps, Sprinklers system, Fire Hydrants, and Wet chemical suppression system for the Kitchen Hoods and FM 200 for the Main Telecom rooms
• Water systems with Potable booster pumps, Makeup water pumps for cooling towers, Submersible pumps, Hot water circulation pumps, Irrigation booster pumps, Drinking water Fountains, Trap Primers, and Grease trap interceptors.
• Installation of Industrial Equipment such as Single Girder, Double Girder, Heavy-duty Overhead Cranes, Jib Cranes, Pressure Test Bays, Air compressors, Lathe Machines, Sand Blast Machines, MIG and Arc Welding Machines.

Review of Shop drawings, Material Submittals, Inspections and Execution of the Neom Village Construction Project for 20,000 employees for all the systems listed below.

• Pump rooms - Potable, Irrigation and Fire Fighting
• HVAC
• Storm and sewer Networks
• Potable Water, Fire Fighting and Irrigation networks
• Lifting Station
• Sewage Treatment Plant
• Water Fountains
• Swimming Pools.

Responsible for Leading the Mechanical construction team with the preparation, submission and approval of shop drawings, site execution, quality inspections, and technical coordination for an Esteemed Project of the Students' Lobby in IMAM University

• Data collection & evaluation, including Design information, as the Process
  description, control philosophy, and original tender documents.
• Review method of statements for respective work activity.
• Listing down the resource needs for projects.
• Checking the quantities of materials required as per drawings.
• Worked closely with other discipline engineers, architects, designers, and project managers as a key collaborator within an integrated multi-disciplinary project delivery team.
• Supervision and Execution of Air conditioning, Chilled Water line connecting to 24 Ahus, Underfloor cooling system, Staircase pressurisation, and Plumbing systems for Fresh, Gray and Irrigation water networks. Water Fountains, Networks for Storm and Sewage water, Fire Fighting drawings for system layout and fire cycle.

• Design of Supply, return and exhaust duct in the Engineering Building for 7 AHUs with an average capacity of 450KW and 18000 m3/s and its respective chilled water network.
• Design of Plumbing and Firefighting system for the building per IPC and NFPA.
• Preparation of Invoices and supervising subcontractors, reviewing and submission of material submittals.

• Cooling load calculations for the Ministry of Defence,
  Dammam.
• Designing and installation of 5 package units.
• Selection and installation of other services, including plumbing, firefighting, and exhaust fans.
• Final handover in compliance with the snag list.

• Installation of 2 chillers for the Apollo Hospital, each of 500-ton capacity intern connecting to 10 Ahu’s, 10 Split units, and 20 RACU.
• Reviewed and edited previous layouts.
