Filling out forms for issuance and renewal
Drafting and writing letters of response to renewal and issuance requests, either by completing the request or requesting the completion of documents related to issuance or renewal requests.

Follow up and supervise the attendance and exit of employees
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor employees
Receiving e-mails from employees to report absence and its reason, and directing leave requests sent to the Employment Records Department.
