Riyadh Metro Project: Main Contractor: BACS (Bechtel, Almabani, CCC, Siemens).

Client: Royal commission for Riyadh City (RCRC).

1. Architect responsible for hardscaping materials related to OBC works "Olaya/Bathah corridor" through the Line 1 road works July 2018 /Present:

• Issuing FMRs/POs from the suppliers, following the requests till the delivery for all items "pavers, curbstone, tree grate, sign boards, traffic bollards, benches and litter bins", and doing all related documents such as EIRs, tacking samples and inspection request with the consultant.
• Checking the quality of the samples and received materials and following up the installation of hardscape materials on site with the subcontractors as production, quality and invoices.
• Following up the landscaping work with the subcontractor of plantation from readiness of the site to inspection with consultant and production of invoices.
• Submitting the handing over file to consultant and coordinate with the site team to close the snag list.
• Doing daily reports, weekly reports, schedule update, SLSP, 3rd party damages and QURR.

2. Site Engineer responsible for installation of the walkway over the viaduct on Line 1 "Olaya North" July 2018 /January 2019:

• Requested materials from the supplier of rail work and followed up till delivery.
• Worked on site with around 150 labor to insure the installation quality on time.
• Did all the required daily reports, weekly reports, schedule and production update.
• Assessed processes on "6 months" basis to assure that construction progressed as scheduled and met contract specifications.
• Served as liaison between site engineering team and field to coordinate work in accordance with design and construction documents.

3. Field Engineer responsible of the construction of 3 stories car park "Park & Ride" on Line 1 May 2015 /July 2018:

• Followed the project specification and procedure to achieve the quality of construction required and meet critical deadlines.
• Reviewed the drawings before being issued for construction.
• Was responsible of the daily inspection with the contractor “subcontractor” and the consultant “RMTC”.
• Coordinated with the site team, designer and the consultant, issued RFI, FCD, NCR, followed the closure of Non-Compliance Report, prepared CWPs, ITPs, JHAs, and raised invoices.
• Supervised quality and health, safety and environment matters on site according to OSHA and BACS high standard procedures.

PROJECTS:

Al Balad Restaurant – Ext. 7, Riyadh.

Cento Per Cento Restaurant – Ext. 7, Riyadh.

Architect responsible of the finishing construction of 2 Restaurants at Black Garden Plaza:

• Discussed the objectives, requirements, and budget of a project.
• Consulted with other professionals about design.
• Prepared and presented feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.
• Advised the client on the practicality of their project.
• Produced detailed work, drawings and specifications.
• Specified the nature and quality of materials required.
• Drew up tender documents for contracts.
• Managed and helped to coordinate the work of contractors.
• Resolved problems and issues that rose during construction.

Al Mayadeen TV - Ghubairi, Mount Lebanon.

Inside "TAJCO" building near Kuwait Embassy.

• Performed depending on high- tech and high-speed, using high-quality finishing materials and carrying out sensitive construction works on 6000 m2 of area taking into account all means of security and safety conditions from all the mayors in the region.
• Supervised the Implementation of the largest generating room in Lebanon in cooperation with sub-contractor (electromechanical) “PAC”
• Designed the VIP quarter in the project which includes the personal office and the meeting rooms of Mr. Ghassan Bin Jiddo, and executed it.

Al Ettihad TV - Jnah, Beirut

• Was responsible of the concrete, electrical, and mechanical works (generators and air conditioners)
• Supervised civil works for parking including asphalt, fence (concrete, blocks, plaster, paint).

Municipality of Al Warhaniyah – El Shouf.

• Prepared and submitted a tender with all the required papers and documents.
• Supervised concrete works including pilings, raft foundation, boundary walls, columns, and 2 slabs.

Al Bassam Building - Jnah, Beirut

• Did the maintenance work for a residential building including external elevations (cleaning stones, painting, changing stones), internal painting for stars and parking, different civil works, water proofing.

Residential buildings projects in Lebanon:

• Worked as an architect responsible for all acts of architectural and engineering office with good knowledge of building codes.
• Was responsible for designing, modifying, preparing license file and an executable file.
• Completed housing license and did the necessary relevé.
• Director of the studio, to distribute tasks on drawers and follow-up and review.

Private villas projects in El-Chouf, Lebanon:

• Designed and prepared a full licensed files and executable files.
• Offered architectural and engineering suggestions.
• Did landscaping, rendering, posters, and brochures.

Khawli Residential Building - Hamra Lebanon

• Followed closely the implementation of the work including works of the armaments, molding or coverage, concrete pouring operations, and after-molding works.
• Conducted project site visits to meet with construction staff, evaluate progress and discuss operational issues.

Residential projects- Lebanon

• Designed group of residential projects completely from scratch in order to process permission file.
• Organized full executable files (architect, civil, electrical, and mechanical).
• Did relevé.

Conservation project of the architectural heritage - El-Chouf

• Documented and computed the historical buildings in the Chouf El Swayjani through collective actions based on the codification of each form of building pre-built in 1950 and taking pictures of them and the ruins around.

WAAD (to rebuild the southern suburbs) -G-700 by architecture Rahif Fayyad- Lebanon

• Been in charge of 21 building as a consultant.
• Was responsible of monitoring and evaluating the work of the contactor (URTEC) on a regular basis.
• Was responsible of daily inspection.

Multiple projects (banks- embassy- shops- hotels- villas) in multiple locations (Lebanon- Egypt- Jordan- Cyprus)

• Was responsible for drawing plans using AutoCAD (2D) for different projects including architecture, interior, electrical, tiling, lighting, false ceiling, A.C.
• Used Photoshop in painting plans, sections, and elevations and repairing perspectives.

• Did multiple tasks including drawing AutoCAD (details, beginning, completing & repairing projects), visiting workshops, doing building permissions, and relevé.
