Projects Description:
The project is a multi-used project that features a variety of excellent facilities in Riyadh city on approx. 11,073 m2 with a built-up area of 52,916 m2 and consists of 2 major parts, part for hotel/serviced apartments building and the other part for retails and F&B outlets.
The hotel consisting of 110 service apartment units distributed on 8 typical levels starts from level 2 to 8 and followed by 6 typical hotel levels starts from level 9 to 14 provides 192 premium hospitality guest rooms in addition to the recreation area on the rooftop that containing swimming pools for male, female, and kids and 2 full equipped gymnasiums boasts sweeping panoramas of the city.
The hotel is a (4) Star Hotel that consisting of plots no.2018 and 2019 in the Central Area of Al- Masjid Al-Nabawi Al-Shareef, Al-Madina Al- Munawwarah on approx. 1,822 m2 with a built-up area of 30,950 m2 and containing 4 basement floors, ground floor, mezzanine floor, and 12 typical floors, service roof, and upper roof. The hotel consists of 356 hotel keys which are located from level 1 to 12, F&B outlets (ADD and VIP Lounge), and meeting rooms.
The project consists of two towers connecting with a bridge on plots no.108 and 153 in the Central Area of Al- Masjid Al-Nabawi, Al-Madina Al Munawara on approx. 2,000 m2 with a built-up area of 36,420 m2 and containing 5 basement floors, ground floor, mezzanine floor, and 14 typical floors, service roof, and upper roof. The hotel consists of 406 hotel keys that are located from level 1 to 14, F&B outlets, (ADD and different specialty restaurants), meeting rooms, and retail outlets.
The hotel has a contemporary minimalistic design which provides an elegant and luxurious feel, it's located in Jeddah city on approx. 8,762 m2 with a built-up area of 89,542 m2 and consisting of the basement floor, podium containing ground floor, first floor and five car parking floors, and a tower containing 32 floors and service roof. The hotel consisting of 245 hotel keys which are located from level 9 to19, and 219 service apartments are located from level 19 to 31, ballroom, meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, 4 no. F&B outlets (Lobby lounge, ADD, Pool bar, Specialty Restaurant with sheesha lounge), Gym, and kid’s play area.
Food & Beverages Development Project located on plot No (20) & plot no. (21,22) owned by Taiba at Corniche neighborhood in northern region in Al Khobar with Total area is 10,154.9 Sqm and Build Up Area 4,300 Sqm. The project includes retail (food & beverages), landscape and parking area.
It consists of three main different zones, Firstly, buildings such as residential, administration and services. Secondly, open wide spaces that includes playgrounds and green courts. Eventually, areas that will be used by the users of the complex as parking for busses and cars.

Saudi Arabia’s largest medical project, and the largest medical project in the GCC, the project's scope of work consists of a security forces medical city located at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project includes medical facilities over an area of 500,000 square meters comprising 3 hospital buildings with 1700 beds.
Academic and clinical center, a research center, specialist hospitals for mental health, treatment of addiction, and obstetrics hospital. It also includes the construction of a diagnostic center, operation theatres, outpatient wards, laboratories, nursing units, an administrative building and parking facilities, the total built-up area for each medical facility is 400,000m². It will also have residential villas and apartments with a built-up area of about 500,000m², while the medical complexes themselves will have about 200,000m² of car parking.

Twenty one (21) different types of buildings to be adapted to 41 different sites corresponding to 11 site prototypes and 134 different buildings, Each site will include: Student, Faculty and Staff Housing, Dining and Recreational Facilities, Forensic Laboratories, Classroom Buildings, a 1500-3000 seat Auditorium, Outpatient Clinic, Shooting Range, Skeleton Village (MOUT), Burn House, Emergency Vehicle Training Courses, Outdoor Sports Fields and Grandstands, Maintenance Shops, and a variety of other Campus Support Facilities.

Four star hotel consists of five basements; mezzanine and ten residential floors constructed over an area of 2700 m2 at southern side of Central Area
The project has been completed in April 2011, it has been constructed over an area of 950 m2 at western side of the Central Area and consists of two basement floors and ten residential floors.
This 4-star hotel has been built over an area of 1600 m2 in the western side of the Central Area consists of two basement floors, mezzanine and ten residential floors.
Renovations and new constructions in the private places which have been built over more 100,000 square meter containing villas, annexes, offices, and guard houses.
This project is a commercial mall existing on Khorais road over a land of 40,000 m2 in area, the building has 3 floors including shops, restaurants and the first branch of Carrefour hypermarket in Saudi Arabia with a big parking area at basement and first floor levels.
Five Star hotel existing on the northern side of central area at the front of Al Masjed Al Nabawi Al Sharif. It is has been built over an area of 8200 m2. It consists of four basement levels, one Royal floor, three floors as public area and fourteen residential floors.
Projects Description:
The project built over 125,000m2 in area, with a total built up of 75,000 m2, it includes 3 five stars hotels operated by Inter-Continental, Meridian and Holiday In, huge commercial centers, 9 residential/offices blocks, 2 blocks to be used as furnished apartments, substation buildings and chiller areas. Most of the buildings are 16 stories and 2 to 4 basements.

The project is a big military port on Arab Gulf in Kuwait, it includes port and its utilities, soldiers residential.
