  • Arrange integration process with vender (ELM, Ministries and Yasser platform)
  • Find area of enhancement that required integration to improve automation and governance in billing system.

My involvement also was participating in some projects as like:

  • NWC agreements with "Elm" to link NWC BILLING system and services with
  • NIC and it is under my supervision starting from procurement arrangement ending with services transaction and system needs I'm responsible on any project that required system integration or batch inquiries with ELM services
  • NWC agreement with"General Commission for the Guardianship of Trust
  • Funds for Miniros and their Counterparts” my contribution creating PRD and demand of integration
  • BAYAN integration with NWC I was part of this project to enhance commercial customer integration with NWC billing system
  • ADADI project to link end users with real benefactory based on KSA regulation I was representing NWC Business wise along with my college in Data department and IT department to fulfill requirements that need from KSA regulator, and my part was to arrange procurement side and provide needed data from data base of NWC and arrange the requirements of integration.
  • Integration with NIIC to exchange data my responsibility was to be official spoke from NWC side I was in charge to create agreement generate all steak holder's approval create including NWC CEO create Data needs and plan, eventually I created registration process for industrial accounts through NWC e-channels.
