• At university, I provided technical support for IT equipment, including setup, updating, troubleshooting, and installing specialized software for campus use. This role improved my proficiency in maintaining and optimizing devices to ensure they meet university requirements.

My IT training included technical support for resolving issues in Information Technology and troubleshooting Wi-Fi devices. Additionally, I gained practical experience in diagnosing and solving various IT-related problems, as well as learning IPTV for televisions, landline phones, and servers, contributing to smooth operations.

As an usher, my role as an organizer has greatly enhanced my ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with teams, and maintain strict time discipline. This experience has sharpened my interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth coordination with guests and team members alike.

As a workshop supervisor in advertising, signage, and contracting, I oversee labor, manage raw materials, and ensure product quality. Responsible for warehouse operations, purchasing, and delivering employee orders to management, facilitating continuous improvement and efficiency.
