  specifications and budget.
• Developing and implementing quality control programs
  daily Coordination with subcontractors, site

• Prepare all needs from materials, labor and
  equipment.
• Arranging work with all departments in the site
  (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical..etc).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager with any duties as
  needed.
• Produce written reports, schedules and related
  correspondence for client.
• Assist with preparing and updating project
  schedule.
  Developing and assembling closeout documents
  (as built drawings, operating manuals, shop
  drawings, guarantees, etc.).
• Assist project manager & procurement
  department with assigned subcontractor scopes
  of work and contract management as needed.
  Processing subcontractor pay application, request
  purchase orders, and review invoices.
