• General supervision of company and all its departments
• Direct dealing with clients' higher management which includes: meetings, review of workflow and strategies decision making
• Overlooking and ensuring implementation of plans and correcting and modifying processes

• Developing business by upgrading policies that serve company's mission and vision.

• Marketing company's services and increasing number of clients by visiting new potential clients and introducing company and it's services
• Establishing annual budgets and supervising financial management in order to build financial reports that indicate financial position of the company and the professional ways to achieve maximum cost efficiency
• Direct supervision of workflow plans and ensuring cooperation of all departments to serve the purpose of providing excellent services to clients

• Recruitment: attracting talents, sorting CVs, making personal interviews , establishing employees' contracts and ensuring the efficiency of the whole hiring process
• Managing personnel affairs by organizing work, following up on social and health insurance, employees' vacations, warnings, and all letters as per Labor laws and regulations
• Supervising government issues in regards to nationalization and managing Non- national employees' affairs such as ID renewals and transfer of services as per passport department and other government officials
• Continuously upgrading policies and processes in light of any changes in laws and regulations and act accordingly
• Supervising pay roll , salaries and incentives in addition to end of service benefits
• Designing and execution of on job training programs as well as introductory seminars.

• Performed scheduled and unscheduled inspections to check flight readiness of aircraft.
• Inspected airframes to detect wear and other defects.
• Inspected all received aircraft parts to verify compliance with FAA regulations.
• Analyzed engineering drawings and schematics to troubleshoot systems and diagnose solutions.
