• Coordination with Suppliers and Contractors: Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective services, negotiating contracts and terms.
• Continuous Improvement Strategies: Analyzing current performance and providing recommendations to improve operational processes and design, contributing to enhanced efficiency and user experience.

• Lead Architect for 5 stars Nobu hotel Project in Riyadh Alanod tower 2.
• Managing all finishing works as a consultant by coordinating with main contractor and subcontractors, and support the hotel operator during the construction work to insure the quality of design and specifications.
• Created oral and written presentations for project designs and proposals.
• Coordinated review of contractors schedules and submission of shop drawings and samples.
• Worked on concept designs and detailing to meet client requests and specifications for several projects (Alsoda Hotel + Housing Compound & others).

• Based on site - architect worked with construction team at Riyadh metro project line-3 as a main contractor responsible for all finishing work at 3E5 & 3F2 & 3F1 underground stations.
• Daily site visits to ensure the subcontractors work matched with the drawings and specifications.
• Created oral and written presentations for project designs and proposals.
• Coordinated review of contractor's schedules and submission of shop drawings and samples.
• Answered technical concerns and devised solutions to resolve site and engineering problems with our head office.
• Prepare Daily Progress Report shown all stations activates.

• Riyadh metro project - Reporting to lead planner at 3F1-3E5-3F2 underground stations:
• Reported and presented project schedules and related data analysis, enhancing team understanding for productive forward planning.
• Applied problem solving skills to utilize engineering strategies and sequences for each project phase.
• Monitored and reported on schedule developments for various activities to illustrate progress and provide timeline.
