  • Supervising the PPM Team in performing Multi- Trade task lists (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) with the support and the coordination of the concerned Technical Department as well as updating the task list to suite the site demands in order to reduce corrective tasks
  • Handling the operation and renovation work for Royal visit for the opening of “Thuwal Cultural Park”, responsible for maintenance team (Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Safety, Low Current, Hydraulics, and BMS)
  • Scheduling the time of completion for all related maintenance tasks in order to be ready for the Royal visit
  • Testing and Commissioning for all equipment and components for Thuwal Cultural Park (Mosque and related residential houses, Heritage Markets, Food Court, and Multipurpose Hall.)
