Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow the plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports.
• Planning and supervising subcontractors for electromechanical works.
• Assist subcontractors in coordinating jobs assignments with the other trades e.g. firefighting , plumbing,ducts, basement works etc.
• Coordination between warehouses to supply equipment to the sites.
• Advice coordinator and assistant director of technical problems concerned with installation, modification,maintenance and repair of electromechanical assignments.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with technical standard.
• Modify drawings & plans according to the needs of sites, and to be approved by consultant and management.
• Test and commission the equipment’sand all systems installed at site.
• Follow up preliminary and final receipt of sites, and issuance of papers related to the financial claims.

• Collaborate with the Service Coordinator ensuring the availability of spare parts and tools.
• Collect maintenance reports and feedback from maintenance technicians under the responsibility
