• Leading and participating in IDP's project for all SPGA staff.
• Strategizing Training Plan for SPGA
• Managing and Conducting all types of training (Individual Training, Conferences, Contractual Training, competency Training, Leadership Programs and Local group programs)
• Identify training needs through performance appraisal and personal development goals and select right kinds of training programs
• Design and deliver employee training program (e.g. Individual, team, skill-based, and management training)
• Identify high priority Training Courses based on benchmarks for local market
• Planning and Managing career path for all employees and prepare skills pools for all employees
• Planning and Managing Succession Plan to provide potential replacement for all key positions
• Managing Summer training and COOP training
• Planning and Managing for Fresh graduated program GDP
• Developing and establishing learning system LMS, TD policies, and processes
• Negotiate contracts with clients, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses
• Monitoring training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded

Performance Management

• Supporting in closing Year-End Evaluation for 2022-2023
• Preparing Performance Planning phase for 2022-0223 as per performance policy

• Lead performance management up-skilling campaign for all employees in all levels to ensure understanding of setting SMART objectives and providing effective communication and feedback to their teams

• Provided CV's from data bank to recruitment department
• Coordinated with concerned administrations for personal interviews for applicants who wish to join organization and follow up with recruitment until final approval of application
• Scheduled and monitored english exams
