• Working with a recognized Naizak Global Engineering, Lab Systems Division in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Projects Sales & Bids Proposal Executive for turnkey lab projects.
• Responsible to handle all turnkey laboratory projects from RFQ stage to Project award stage.
• Generate project/business opportunities and RFPs through customer contact to meet company's business plans and growth strategies
• Identify key projects within EPC customer base and to secure relevant enquiries from these projects
• Lead development and preparation of RFP's, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
• Management of specific projects and enquiries from origin, through quotation stage and on to order closure
• Undertaking post submission clarification and negotiations
• All communication with customers is in accordance with our client's standards and correct in content and format
• Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations
• Interact with all levels of target EPC customers (sales, engineering, project management, executive management, etc.)
• Develop new and maintain contact with key EPC clients in Region to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

• Successfully registered and implemented the Naizak Lab System with major international EPC contractors, including Jacobs, Flour, Wood, Technicas, Technip, Petrofac, Samsung, Hyundai, CTCI, Saipem, L&T, Daelim, JGC, SGS, and Outotec for Oil and Gas projects.
• Contributed to Naizak's successful bid for Jazan Refinery Clean Fuel turnkey lab project valued at 100 million SAR.

• Prepared compliance data of medical equipment for consultant approvals.
• Conducted site surveys at KKUH Abha and submitted detailed reports.
• Evaluated instruments based on client requirements and coordinated with suppliers.
