  • Approvals are issued through the SAP system for business trips and sent to accounts to transfer the employee's assignment fee after the CEO's approval.
  • For international trips, we issue letters for employee and certified by the Chamber of Commerce and directed to embassies to issue work visas.

  • If a manager is dismissed, the employee's business trip is entered into the SAP system by us, and approval is given on behalf of the department manager and the Director of human resources, the approval is sent to the accounts department, and the disbursement of the funds is followed up.
  • Upon the employee's return from a business trip, all invoices are sent to us and reviewed before SAP approval is given and the accounts are authorized to disburse the funds.


  • Annual Leave & Other


After obtaining approval for the SAP system, annual leave is followed up with the Government Relations Department regarding departure and return.


If an employee is late for their leave, coordination is made with the Government Relations Department to take action by deducting the number of days of delay directly from their leave balance. If no leave balance is available, the amount will be deducted from their salary.


Print attendance reports for all departments monthly and send them to department Directors.


Print a resident report for non-Saudi employees and track their exit and entry to and from the Kingdom to ensure they are not late for the approved leave.


If the requested leave is missed through the SAP system, the necessary action will be taken against the employee.


Print reports for all employees, review them, and send them to the accounts department to arrange the payment for tickets and Exit-Reentry visa allowances.


Responsible for approvals from the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and, occasionally, the Riyadh Chamber.


Issuing all letters of introduction for employees and having them certified by the Chamber of Commerce or printed on company letterhead. Ensure they are signed by the Director of Human Resources and sent to the relevant employee via Aramex and email.


Reviewing warnings sent by departments and implementing the necessary penalties under the labor regulations.
If there are any deductions, the accounts are reviewed for necessary action.


Communicate with and negotiate with hotel managers throughout the Kingdom. Review and send room quotations for signature from the Director of Human Resources and circulate them to all departments.


I covered all work-related matters during my colleague's leave.


I reviewed the terminated employees on a monthly basis and sent emails to banks to clear the company of any liability.
