I have practical experience working as a metallurgical laboratory technician, specializing in testing and analyzing various metal samples to ensure their compliance with standards, as follows.

• Live Feed Sample:

Having in depth knowledge of live feed sample. Sample collection (representative) from flotation feed (cyclone overflow of Jalamid) and all feed sample from MWSPC

• Core Sample: Complete understanding and in-depth knowledge of core sample test works for all JALAMID, MWSPC & MFC.

Performed Core sample analysis and evaluate core performance from lab Test Work. Which includes,

Crush Work Index, Bond Mill Work Index, Density, Grindability, Particle size distribution, Sieve analysis, and Feed grade of core, Flotation performance and degree of upgradation against fatty acid dosage. Reporting of core sample and evaluation of test work

• Know XRF analysis: Sample preparation which includes Sample drying, size reduction, homogeneity assurance, grinding, making press pallet and analyzing through XRF machine (available in JAL QA QC Lab as well as MWSPC Bene Lab)
• Complete knowledge of Met Lab Equipment operation: CWI, Ball Mill, Rod Mill, PSD Analysis WET/DRY, Density, Specific Gravity, Solid Content, Moisture Content, Flotation Equipment and its operation.
• Evaluating:

1) Fatty Acid performance of different vendors by lab flotation test work (tailing, Yield, Recovery and Selectivity)

2) Flocculant performance by lab test work (Settling time) and plant performance by frequent visit during trial of new vendor.

3) Defoamer performance by lab test (visual) and observing the process during trial.

4) Filter Cloth: Efficiency evaluation with incumbent vs new vendor.

• PIMS: Software operation, Data collection, Data Analysis to evaluate plant performance with time and making reports.
• Fatty Acid: Analysis of fatty acid concentration, density (by pycnometer)
• Phosphoric Acid: Sample collection, Specific gravity measurement.
• Having complete process knowledge of JALAMID, MWSPC plants WET, DRY, FLOTATION, TAILING THICKNER, CYCLONES, DRYER, DESLIMING THICKNER,
• Resources utilization efficiently through optimization available resources
• Provide Technical support to resolve daily operation
• Adhere to all safety regulations, rules, processes, and procedures (MSHEM)
• Aware and strictly comply to 9-Life Saving Rules (LSRs)

• Sales and Quality Technician.
• Working on the flotation test lab
• Monitoring inventory and consumption on a daily basis
• Reading / Understanding all MSDS related to chemicals and raw materials
• Conducting safety toolbox with Contractor employees
• Testing & Analysing Fatty Acid before using in the Plant
• Assurance of proper and safe unloading / downloading of Chemical Trucks
• Utilized SAP system to manage and process company-related technical and administrative tasks, including data entry, workflow tracking, and documentation
