• Provide all design approval services within Diriyah supervisory area to customers, including landowners, developers, investors, government authorities and citizens in alignment with the Wadi Hanifah Form-Based Architectural Code.
• Attend design studios and consultancy sessions.
• Supervise and monitor daily operational activities, ensuring project reviews are conducted within the department's approved Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Address unit-related queries and complaints, serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and clarification.
• Identify and address business and regulatory gaps, and develop recommendations and solutions accordingly.

• Gain insights into local architectural principles and coordinate with project committees (RCRC and NEC).
