Participated in cash to accrual conversions in accordance with IPSAS in leading governmental entities, and contributed to the following:

• Assisted in identifying the gaps regarding the chart of accounts in terms of different segments such as programs and projects, cost\profit centers, natural and economic accounts, and building an updated chart of accounts that meets operational requirements to the to client.
• Designing the accounting policies and procedures and providing operational support including performance monitoring to the PnPs and makes the needed adjustments.
• Assisted in preparing the opining balances as per IPSAS.
• Assisted in preparing working papers for the client’s revenues, expenses, financial and operational leasing, and related parties in accordance with IPSAS.
• Reviewing activities and prepare the monthly trial balance.
• Assisted in preparing annual financial statements.
• Assisted in designing the organizational structure for finance department, and ERP development to meet the requirements of the accrual basis as per IPSAS.

Participated in the Financial Operations Support project for the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation and contributed to the following:

• Assisted in preparing and recording the accounting entries for accounts payable and accounts receivable in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Assisted in preparing the fixed assets register.
• Assisted in preparing and the annual and interim financial statements accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
