Polycarbonate Plant is one of the most challenging plant in regard of operability and maintainability. I have decided to moved to such challenging environment to stretch my capability and add value which was achieved by adopting reactive to proactive concept among Maintenance team in deep as well as Operation staff.

• Leading Maintenance transformational outstanding performance at
  Polycarbonate plant resulted in promoting equipment reliability, availability and maintainability. this was resulted in highest production- capacity since commissioning (+38%).
• Lowest maintenance cost per ton (-12% on average).
• 100% attending of all EHSS and critical Equipment PM.
• Lowest ever overdue workable PM/CM (zero achieved) however PC considered as the highest PM/CM generating Plant.
• Drive to execute the highest number of weekly planned work orders (250~350 PM orders/week) in parallel with average (35 to 55 Priority CM/week).
• Create Spare Parts management Strategy resulted on 98% EHSS Critical spares and 97% RL-1 Critical spare parts.
• Managed efficiently teams of up to 35 employees of different disciplines Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical..

Looking after the Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical maintenance of two polymer plants; Low Density Polyethylene and Polypropylene.

• Successfully execution of major shutdowns of both plant in 2019 and 2020 years.
• Agility and timely respond to frequent plant or unit shutdowns hence equipment availability always maintained. this is resulted in achieving Production Business Plan of both plants in 2019.
• Create a focus on critical and threaten equipment to promote reliability. Example; Hyper compressor, Booster-primary compressor, Extruders, Reactor loop pumps, etc.

Responsible of High Density Polyethylene Plant Maintenance related to Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical of both Rotating and static equipment.

• Execution of major planned shutdowns in 2018 and 2019 safely and timely.
• HDPE achieved Production plan record.
• Achieve lower Maintenance cost compare to similar HDPE plant worldwide as per 2019 Benchmark.

Functioning as Maintenance Engineer of both Mechanical Rotating and Static equipment at both plants.

• Prepared action plans for problematic day to day equipment issues.
• Assigned Management of Change Engineer. Review, evaluate and execute and post execution review of all assigned Management of Change
• Budget preparation and spending control of Maintained Mechanical equipment.
• Assigned Engineer for Reliability methodology strategies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Risk Based Inspection (RBI).
• Preventive Maintenance Optimization and validation review.
• Familiar with Specialized equipment such as Hyper compressor (Burckhardt compression made), Extruder (JSW & Brestroff made), PP Loop reactor.

Functioning as Maintenance Engineer of both Mechanical Rotating and Static equipment at HDPE Plant.

• Prepared action plans for problematic day to day equipment issues.
• Assigned Management of Change Engineer. Review, evaluate and execute and post execution review of all assigned Management of Change
• Budget preparation and spending control of Maintained Mechanical equipment.
• Assigned Engineer for Reliability methodology strategies such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Risk Based Inspection (RBI).
• Preventive Maintenance Optimization and validation review.
• Familiar with Maintenance of specialized equipment such as Decanter Centrifuge, Reactor pumps, Extruder
