Polycarbonate Plant is one of the most challenging plant in regard of operability and maintainability. I have decided to moved to such challenging environment to stretch my capability and add value which was achieved by adopting reactive to proactive concept among Maintenance team in deep as well as Operation staff.
- Leading Maintenance transformational outstanding performance at
Polycarbonate plant resulted in promoting equipment reliability, availability and maintainability. this was resulted in highest production- capacity since commissioning (+38%). - Lowest maintenance cost per ton (-12% on average).
- 100% attending of all EHSS and critical Equipment PM.
- Lowest ever overdue workable PM/CM (zero achieved) however PC considered as the highest PM/CM generating Plant.
- Drive to execute the highest number of weekly planned work orders (250~350 PM orders/week) in parallel with average (35 to 55 Priority CM/week).
- Create Spare Parts management Strategy resulted on 98% EHSS Critical spares and 97% RL-1 Critical spare parts.
