Programming permanent pacemakers, ICDs and CRT devices and helping during implantations and EP ablations. Assist in the determination of fiscal requirements and preparation of budgetary recommendations, monitor, verify and reconcile expenditures of budgeted funds of all technical and clinical requirements. Involve into hiring, interviewing, performance appraisals, and promotion technical staff. Assist with cardiac center tenders. Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policy and procedures. Develop strategic goals and plan for scope of responsibilities. Prepare and submit statistical and narrative reports.
