Microbial Alleviation: Harnessing Microorganism for Sustainable Heavy Metal Bioremediation in Agriculture Soil, This research aims to investigate specific microbial strains that can efficiently remediate heavy metal-contaminated soils, focusing on their application in agricultural contexts. The study will involve isolating and characterizing indigenous microbial species from contaminated sites, assessing their metal tolerance and remediation capacities through laboratory and field experiments. The outcomes of this research will contribute to the development of sustainable and eco-friendly bioremediation strategies tailored for agricultural soil management. In vitro evaluation of biological activities of aqueous extract of sida cordifolia, This study evaluates the phytochemicals, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory activity of the aqueous extract of Sida cardifolia. The extract was found to contain alkaloids, steroids, coumarins, and glycosides. The extract showed significant antimicrobial activity against Pseudomonas sp with a 28mm zone of inhibition, like the antibiotic Ciprofloxacin. The extract also demonstrated appreciable anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting protein denaturation in a concentration-dependent manner. The study highlights the importance of secondary metabolites found in plants, which have a vast range of biological functions and are the basis for many modern drugs.
