• Supervise daily security activities as directed by the STC Security Project Manager.
• Oversees the performance of the Entry Control Points, Emergency Response, and Traffic Management Teams, Building security officers, Visitor Centre, and other security tasks.
• Understands the technical security systems installed in KAAC and reports any deficiencies, damage, faults etc. occurring on shift.
• Ensures that security staff understand and use the Proof of Presence technology solutions as installed and ensure adequate supervision of patrols.
• Produce incident reports.
• Give verbal and written briefs and complete reports and registers as appropriate.
• Deliver the highest standards of customer and employee care.
• Monitoring the closed-circuit television (CCTV).
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or
safety hazards.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and
professional manner.
• Multi computer use and functions of computers, phone systems, alarm systems,
turn style, handheld radios.
• Receiving and acting according to policies upon incoming calls from employees
and external agencies, including Police, Civil Defense Services and other
agencies.
• Conducting in-depth investigations on threats to company integrity, effectiveness
and security.
• Trained to handle cases of surrounding crimes, vandalism, honor, traffic, fraud
and corruption demeanors and assisting with fire and industrial accident
investigations.
• Taking on a range of verbal and written witness evidence and attending crime
scenes to take photographic evidence, writing notes, making sketches and
utilizing observational skills.
• Achieving optimum efficiency by adhering to incident flow diagrams and other
directives.
