• Managing & monitoring project's activities throughout the project's cycle by using suitable tools & techniques , such as meetings facilitation, weekly presentation, correspondence by email & checking deliverables.
• Developing a strong relationship with internal & external stakeholders to engage them in the project by facilitating the workshop, then getting their feedback.
• Collect problems from stakeholders that related to the infrastructure work, then resolve these problems
by issuing the infrastructure code manual that will be implementing in Riyadh region.

Roles and Responsibilities in Sports Boulevard Project:

• Participated in developing stakeholder management plan by using PMP guidance.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding the requirements for external stakeholders such governmental entities.

• Coordinate with external stakeholders by preparing letters and meetings.

• Prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholder management department.
• Perform risk sessions with internal stakeholder to identify, analyze and make respond for each risk.

• Committee secretary in "Qualify Competitors for Competitions Committee" which review PMO letters & reports that related to qualify competitors that got the highest score then write it in minutes of meeting.
• Committee member in "Bid Opening Committee" which contribute to opining bids with many qualify competitors based on RFP to ensure integrity of offers and their agreement with regulations of foundation, and limiting offers submitted.

Roles and Responsibilities in Sports Boulevard Project:
• Review schedules that received from contractors such as master schedule and detailed schedule.
• Monitoring activities that delay and issue notice of delay letters.
• Prepare progress dashboard for client to present performance.
• Prepare more than 30 lead consultant weekly & monthly progress reports.
• Review more than 30 weekly & monthly progress reports that coming from contractors.
• Coordination with contractors in progress & planning meetings.
• Writing minutes of meeting for progress meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities in Riyadh Bus Project:

• Dealing with risks that come from public which related to locations of stations.

• Solving problems that coming from public and escalate to client if required.
• Collect information about obstacles that affecting work and raise it to client for support decision-making process.

• Coordination between entities in terms of preparing letters and meetings.
• Coordination with client, consultant and contractor by meeting and reporting to follow up progress of work.

Roles and Responsibilities in Riyadh Bus Project:
• Check pre-qualification for manufacturers and suppliers in terms of experience in previous projects and certificates such as GOSI, Zakat and commercial register.
• Check material submittals for HVAC, plumbing and firefighting in terms of quality, quantity, warranty, ISO, safety and testing certificates to comply with project specifications.
• Site inspection for stations to check mechanical and safety works.
• Factory visit for inspection of materials that related to mechanical works.
