  • The day to day operation of the Human Resources Division as well as manage the design and the implementation of Human Resources Strategy
  • Responsible for the following:
  • Assess organizational needs, develop HR solutions, and implement strategies in the areas of learning & development, talent management, employees' engagement and recognition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources, focusing on maximizing the capabilities of the team by reviewing the coordination of initiatives and activities and providing regular coaching and performance development opportunities
