• Acting as a product owner for the Logisti platform, implementing the roadmap and the product vision along with the stakeholders (TGA, DGA, and the logistics ecosystem).
• Lead digital transformation initiatives for logistics, including emphasizing government digital integration and business support.
• Conducting a business analysis of the platform and monitoring the KPIs and performance metrics of Logisti for adoption and efficiency, and linking those to the national strategy.
• Stakeholder management and vendor management, which includes managing external consulting firms and technology vendors.

Government and Public Sectors (GPS), and Health Sectors:

• Led key engagements, successfully onboarded within the government health sector, and managed clients, including the Ministry of Health, SFDA, SCDC (Weqayah), CCHI, KSFSHC, and KKESH. Developed relationships lead to, including MISA, SDAIA, Monshaat, and NIC, along with the health sectors.
• Cultivated in revenue, contributed to sales and relationships on multiple core accounts resulted in achieving client engagement growth, which resulted in growth in EY market share.
• Achieved more than 25 million SAR worth of engagements in the fiscal year (2020), with a 20% margin for the health market segment due to utilization and client engagements.
• Contributed to and participated in national portfolios and initiatives such as Health Clusters (C1 & C2), Sabic Mental Hospital, MOH Medical Coding, SDAIA's AI Academy, NCAI strategy, MISA's National Investment Strategy, Policies and Data Quality, Data Management Office, and others for SDB and NGHA.

Acheivements:

• Improved more than 30% of the Health, Culture, and Media Sectors' indicators in the National Digital Transformation Measurement (Qiyas).
• Enabled (Iltizam service) and MCS integration to the Ministry of Health and MLSD, and ranked to be the fastest integration of the bundle services.
• Onboarded the DMS Government System (Morasalat) to eight new agencies, including the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Media, KFHRC, KFMC, and the General Commission of Entertainment.
• Integrated the Cultural Sector to the Government Secured Network (GSN) and reflected more than 95 million hits of transactions over the Government Service Bus (GSB).
• Enabled three government agencies by expanding their channels via onboarding the National Call Center to the SFDA, GCA, and RCC.
