- Maintain excellent awareness of new technologies to offer innovative solutions in the line with strategic business needs.
- Gather requirements and perform gap analysis with other departments.
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope.
- Conducting interviews with key business users to collect information on processes and user requirements.
- Mapping current business and operational processes and offered recommendations for improvement.
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
- Addressing existing systems gaps to enhance usability and improve functionality.
- Preparing documents such as: RFP's, BRD's, FRD's , RFQ's , Etc..
In addition, I have been supporting Business Solutions Delivery Unit, here are some of the roles:
- Planning the best strategy for the project execution to the delivery of the project by finding the quickest and easiest pathway towards accomplishing to deliver the project on time , within budget and project scope.
- breaking the project into tasks,
- Setting an appropriate schedule for the development of certain deliverables,
- Defining milestones, and Highlighting the project dependencies.
- Managing the team to achieve project goal.
- Monitoring project progress.
- Preparing documentations and reports to maintain a record of what has been done in the project and who have been involved in it and to ensure that the project satisfies all the project requirements and business needs. In addition, to highlight the risks that may occur and how to avoid them.
