• Reviews submitted shop and as-built drawings, material submittals, tie-in procedures, project schedules, and work permits, coordinate with the concerned entities for obtaining their approval or their comments.
• Executive & Supervision of all Electrical work on the Site:

1) Medium Voltage

2) Low Voltage Systems (Lighting, Power, Power equipment)

3) Low Current Systems (AV System – Fire Alarm – P.A – BMS – MATV – CCTV – Access Control- Telephone &Data Systems – Low Current Control Panel)

4) Protection systems (Grounding & Lightning Protection System)

• Impalement quality control inspection to ensure that all electrical works and activities are constructed according to the applicable codes, standers, approved drawings, and specifications.
• Implement all testing, commissioning, and start-up activities to assure compliance with approved plans and procedures.
• Monitor, control, measure, and manage work schedule, performance, and quality with the full commitment to all work specifications.
• Monitor construction subcontractors’ electrical installation and testing activities.
• Prepares daily and weekly and monthly reports on work performance and progress.
• Attends a required meeting to review performance.

• Makes quantity take off for all material required.
• Reviews material submittal prior to submission to a consultant.
• Coordinates with suppliers, vendors & subcontractors.
• Coordinates with client and consultant.
• Participates where required in all aspects of the project management for the electrical works.
• Manages and supervises the on-all-site electrical works.
• Ensures materials are available at the site to undertake the works.
• Ensures all materials are correctly stored at the site and installed without damage.
• Arranges the required tools and equipment to be available at the site.
• Supervision, follow-up, coordination, management, and execution of electrical works at the site in construction projects for Medium voltage, low voltage, and low current systems.
• Monitor, control, measure, and manage work schedule, performance, and quality with the full commitment to all work specifications.
