- Implement LOTO isolation procedures for energized/de-energized systems ensuring zero energy exposure.
- Manage SIMOPS conditions, ensuring safe coordination between multiple contractors.
- Oversee environmental controls including oil spill prevention, waste management, and SF6 emission control.
- Conduct technical safety audits, inspections, and compliance verification aligned with SEC standards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Coordinate with SEC engineers for shutdown planning, energization protocols, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Conducted project site walkthroughs with contractors, sub-contractors, clients' project managers, construction managers, and safety personnel to enhance safety compliance.
• Verify incident investigations and ensure remedial actions are implemented.
• Identified root causes for non-conformances and implemented corrective and preventive actions to improve safety standards.
• Verified the implementation and operation of HSE systems by planning and conducting internal quality audits.
