TCIL - HUAWEI-MOBILY FTTH OSP O&M PROJECT:

• Assigning corrective maintenance (CM) ticket to field team and troubleshooting to ensure restore the network within SLA
• 24/7 network monitoring via Huawei OWS operation web services
• Coordination with field team and management during cable cuts of Long distance network (SNFN), Metro and FTTM sites
• Appling MDT (Maintenance-Down-Time) for Final Repair after restoring temporal cable cut
• Assigning work orders (PLM) for performing PMR (Preventive Maintenance Report) to field teams and generating & submission reports to client
• Maintaining End to end Database and keep data up to date
• Making presentation regarding safety compliance of field teams at work place and generate weekly EHS Audit report as per Huawei's recommended safety standards

• Conducted PMRs of Mobily FTTM sites
• Performed troubleshooting from Mobily OLT to customer ODB via FDT with OSP Team

MOBILY ISP NEW INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE PROJECT:

• Laid G567 FTTH OFC from Mobily ODB to Customer equipment for new installation
• Performed End to end troubleshooting to close the ticket within SLA
• Activated Mobily Modem at customer premises with troubleshooting
• Installed GPON DIA Modem with cable laying and splicing at Taibah Front Hotel adjacent to Masjid e Nabavi
• Installed GPON SIP Modem with cable laying and splicing at Taibah University - Madinah
• Installed GPON SIP Modem with cable laying and splicing at Rehabilitation center - Ministry of Health Madinah KSA

NEOM - SINDHALA ICELAND HUAWEI IBS PROJECT :

• Installed & commissioned of PRRU Antennas to enhance network coverage & capacity in Luxury Resorts in Sindhala Iceland
• Deployed R-HUB (Radio Hub) in GSM Room to connect PRRUs
• Laid FTTH G657-A Hybrid cable to connect PRRUs with RHUB
• Fusion splicing ,Termination & end to end OTDR Testing of Fiber optic FTTH Cable at GSM Room & GSM Towers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives timely

• Managed Long Distance Underground Optical Fiber Network (DWDM & OTN) ensuring high reliability and performance
• Proactively reduced fiber cuts by coordinating with security personnel, delivering weekly threat reports, and issuing daily alerts via an official WhatsApp group
• Achieved rapid restoration of cable disruptions, adhering to strict SLA guidelines, and communicated incident reports to senior management
• Executed comprehensive End-to-End Fiber Rectification plans to maintain network integrity
